Food-service establishments must install and maintain a Board of Public Utilities–approved grease interceptor. Clean devices every 90 days or at the interval set by the Board. Submit cleaning manifests to the Industrial Pretreatment Program within 14 days of service. Use the city’s digital FOG-control program for compliance reporting; sizing and installation follow Cheyenne City Code §13.20.545.
