Minimum Capacity
Grease interceptors have a minimum capacity of 1,000 gallons.
Pump Frequency / 25% Rule
Devices are pumped at least every 90 days or sooner at 25% wetted height.
Record Retention
Pumping manifests and maintenance records are kept five years.
