Grease interceptor sizing and type: Inside interceptors shall be sized with minimum 25 GPM; outside interceptors shall be a minimum of 1,000 GPM. If located in the kitchen area, the interceptor must be an approved semi-automatic draw off. Check municipal codes if a larger size is needed.
