Durham
Durham generally requires monthly cleaning. More frequent cleaning is required when FOG discharge exceeds 250 mg/L; less frequent cleaning may be allowed when the facility demonstrates compliance at 250 mg/L. Keep cleaning and removal records for three years and make them available for inspection.
Raleigh
