• Food establishments must maintain grease-removal devices and best-management practices. New or renovated facilities submit plumbing drawings for district review before construction.
• Reputable haulers must pump and maintain grease-removal devices at least every 90 days. Facilities submit maintenance manifests; the source allows inspection fees or penalties for noncompliance.
• South Platte Renew conducts periodic inspections of BMPs and grease-removal devices. Local Englewood and Littleton ordinances can add requirements for commercial facilities.
